Proposals for events from members are considered year-round and secured by payment of a booking fee. Please note: Allow plenty of time for your event date as the space is generally booked out up to 6 months in advance.

To stage events at Project Contemporary Artspace, you must be a member. Membership is just $30 per year. You can complete our MEMBERSHIP FORM HERE or pop into the gallery to sign up.
We have various options for those wishing to:
Hire the whole gallery -  costs $750 per week to hire. The preferred hire period being at least two weeks. Some artists like to get a group together so as to reduce their costs.
OR

Exhibit in our Members' exhibitions or the HAW (Hire-a-Wall) exhibitions - held regularly three or four times a year.
Tell us about your event
Complete the Event Proposal form and our bookings officer will return your enquiry.
Let us know:
  • A bit about yourself and any others who may be involved in the event
  • Proposed event - including purpose & expected number of attendees
  • Preferred dates of event
* Please note, we are NOT a venue. We do not hire out the gallery for private or corporate events. Yes we do hire out the gallery for weddings -ceremony only (not for receptions).

* Any event proposal will be presented to the Management Committee for discussion and approval. Their decision is non-negotiable.
